Job summary

Worldpay seeks a senior compensation professional to lead global wage analysis, policy development, and communication across a multinational workforce in Cincinnati or Atlanta.

You will partner with International HR, design and administer global salary structures, manage HRIS compensation (Oracle/Workday), and guide executives on equity, budgets, and compliance with FLSA and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
• 7–10 years of professional level compensation experience in design and administration of compensation programs.
• Experience with HRIS compensation systems management (Oracle/Workday).
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, graphs and formulas.
• Experience with government contractor compensation regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation projects including wage analysis, development and communication of policies and guidelines.
• Partner with International HR and business partners to determine expatriate compensation packages.
• Design and execute global HRIS resources related to compensation (Oracle/Workday).
• Manage compensation programs including merit, bonus, and communications; create annual country budgets.
• Produce and maintain reports from HRIS; conduct audits to ensure data integrity.
