Qualifications

• Understanding of compensation methodology and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer global short-term incentive plan and manage equity-based programs.
• Support preparation of Compensation Committee materials and benchmarking.
• Contribute to compensation survey submissions and compliance documentation.
