Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a talented Sales Compensation Analyst to join the WWPS Sales Compensation team.

You will partner with WWPS sales and operational leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans, while providing analytical insights to evaluate model effectiveness. You will be the subject matter expert for sales compensation, resolving field queries and delivering training to expand our commercial and operations teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Experience in business-process design.
Sales Compensation Subject Matter Expertise, must be a US citizen

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate, timely and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and payments.
Develop understanding of sales compensation policy, systems and reporting tools.
Forge cross-functional relationships to influence change and adoption.
Partner with leadership to set objective targets aligned to business outcomes.
Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to users and operations.
Identify and implement operational processes and reporting to simplify and standardize.
Manage SPIF programs to drive performance on priorities.
Present OTE and performance analysis to sales leadership quarterly.
Provide thought leadership and data-driven solutions.
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other BI tools.
