Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States (Seattle area) seeks a Sales Compensation Analyst to join the AWSI Sales Compensation team.

You will ensure accurate, timely delivery of compensation plans and payments while partnering with sales and operations leaders to deliver analytical insights and scalable process improvements. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales compensation.
Experience with sales ICM tools such as Varicent or Xactly.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate, timely delivery of sales compensation plans and payments.
Develop understanding of sales compensation policy, systems and reporting tools.
Forge cross-functional relationships to influence change and adoption.
Partner with leadership to set targets aligned to business outcomes.
Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to users.
Identify and implement operational processes to simplify and standardize reporting.
Manage SPIF programs to drive performance on priorities.
Present OTE and performance analysis to sales leadership quarterly.
Provide sales compensation thought leadership and data-driven solutions.
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau, etc.
