Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst II to ensure accurate and timely commission payments for producers. You will handle compensation inquiries, analyze data, and support ongoing process improvements.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to learn new compensation systems. Remote work is possible for qualified candidates located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and assist with questions about Compensation payments and processes.
• Calculate and process commission payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Maintain and update compensation records, including rates, formulas, and program changes.
• Review and reconcile commission accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze compensation programs, suggest improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in compensation workflows.
