Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is hiring an Underwriting Support Analyst to handle high-volume calls from agents, producers, and customers. You will collect underwriting requirements, verify data, and support the underwriting process for life and health applications.

Training starts soon with extended hours CST, followed by regular hours. Remote work is available for candidates in the United States or Puerto Rico, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced call center.
• Able to assess customer needs and provide clear product/process guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume calls from agents, producers, and customers to process underwriting applications.
• Verify information and underwriting requirements; flag incomplete data for follow-up.
• Use multiple systems and tools to support underwriting; transfer calls as needed.
