The analyst partners with HR, Finance, leadership, and external consultants to maintain internal consistency and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities include job evaluations, salary structure maintenance, and analyses to support hiring, promotions, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CCP certification preferred or in progress.
• Knowledge of compensation laws (FLSA, EEOC) and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform job evaluations and market pricing to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Administer and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and guidelines based on market data.
• Conduct compensation analyses to support hires, promotions and reorganizations.
• Support merit, incentive and variable pay program design and execution.
• Participate in annual compensation planning and market reviews.
