Job summary

AWS is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join the WWPS Sales Compensation team, reporting to the WWPS Sales Compensation Manager. You will partner with WWPS sales and operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and payments, while providing analytical insights to evaluate compensation models.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Experience in business-process design or equivalent.
Sales Compensation Subject Matter Expertise, must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

Ensure the accurate, timely and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and payments.
Develop a deep understanding of sales compensation policy, systems and reporting tools to drive issue resolution and provide actionable insights.
Forge cross-functional relationships to influence change and accelerate adoption.
Partner with leadership to set objective targets aligned to business and customer outcomes.
Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to business users and operations.
Identify and implement operational processes and reporting to simplify and standardize excellence.
Manage and execute SPIF programs to drive performance on priorities.
Present OTE and performance analysis to sales leadership quarterly.
Provide sales compensation thought leadership and data-driven solutions.
