Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Closer to join our fast-growing team. As a full-time Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with 8–12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver compelling in-home presentations, and close high-ticket roofing, siding, windows, and doors investments.

This role offers uncapped commissions with six-figure earnings potential, a hybrid work schedule, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, along with ongoing sales

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Raleigh NC

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
