Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Fairfax, VA is seeking a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative to close high-ticket home improvement sales. You will meet with 2-3 qualified homeowners weekly, present solutions, close deals, and build lasting relationships.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with uncapped earning potential and substantial first-year earnings, plus bonuses and benefits. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
