Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Closer to join our fast-growing team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver in-home presentations, and close high-ticket roofing, siding, windows and doors deals.

This full-time W-2 role offers uncapped commissions with six-figure earnings potential, comprehensive training, and a supportive culture focused on career growth. Hybrid work schedule applies, with strong performance rewarded.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
