Home Genius Exteriors in Columbia, SC, is seeking a full-time In Home Sales Closer to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, propose solutions for roofing, siding, windows, and doors, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings are $150K–$200K, with top performers earning $300K+. This hybrid role offers uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus medical, dental & vision coverage after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required (drive times 30–90 minutes).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset is important.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week) is required.
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up post-sale.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Columbia SC

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
