Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a results-driven in-home sales closer to join our top-performing team in Hyattsville, MD. As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, recommend roofing, siding, windows, and doors, and close high-ticket sales.

We offer uncapped commissions with six-figure earning potential, including bonuses, with no cap.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
