Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven in-home sales closer to join our fast-growing team in Raleigh, NC. As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet homeowners, present exterior solutions, and close high-ticket deals.

Average first-year earnings range from $150k to $200k, with uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers exceed $300k. This role offers a hybrid schedule and strong earning potential.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Raleigh NC

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications
