Home Genius Exteriors in Columbia, SC is seeking a full-time in-home sales closer to join our fast-growing exterior remodeling team. You'll meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales with uncapped commissions.

This role offers a hybrid schedule, strong earning potential, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and ongoing sales training. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, communicative, and able to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
