Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven In Home Sales Closer to join our fast-growing team in Hyattsville, MD. You will meet with 2 to 3 qualified homeowners weekly, present roofing and remodeling solutions, and close high-ticket sales as part of a full-time W-2 outside sales role.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K with uncapped commissions; top performers exceed $300K annually. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive bonuses, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
