Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven In Home Sales Closer for a hybrid role in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, and close high-ticket home improvement sales to build a six-figure career.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
