Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. seeks a proactive Inside Sales Associate in Phoenix, AZ to drive new business within the territory. You will qualify leads, quote rentals, and manage opportunities end-to-end, using Salesforce to track interactions and opportunities.

Responsibilities include supporting campaigns, handling inbound/outbound calls, educating customers on rental terms, and identifying used equipment sales. No advanced degree required; 0–2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and establish new accounts within the territory.
• Provide accurate rental quotes and process rental requests promptly.
• Qualify and assign opportunities to Sales Center Reps and OSRs.
• Support marketing campaigns and outbound outreach efforts.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls about availability and terms.
• Educate customers on Sunstate value proposition and rental terms.
• Log interactions in Salesforce and track opportunities.
• Identify and develop used equipment sales opportunities.
• Develop product and industry knowledge to better assist customers.
