Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on increasing revenue through new accounts, upselling, and nurturing customer relationships.

You will handle orders, coordinate deliveries, and respond to telephone inquiries while working roughly 80% in the office and 20% in the yard. The position offers immediate hire and a weekly pay schedule with quarterly bonuses. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, logistics, or coordination.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT rules or regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming calls for rental needs.
• Process rentals, reservations, quotes, and related orders.
• Assist walk-in customers and vendors professionally.
• Help customers select equipment for their job and ensure safety.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service calls with yard/shop.
