Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Sales Center Manager- Operations in Madison, WI. You will lead store operations, develop key customer relationships, and drive revenue while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong sales leadership, staff development, and financial acumen to meet budgets and KPI targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required with 5+ years of relevant sales experience OR
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant sales experience and 4 years prior selling experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Achieves revenue, budget and other business objectives for each fiscal year.
• Develops business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.
• Defines goals and objectives for SSC staff and communicates them regularly.
• Provides leadership and direction to pursue store objectives.
• Communicates with customers to maximize market penetration and margins.
• Develops and implements strategic plans to meet corporate goals.
• Advises customers on product selection, pricing and sales volume.
• Analyzes and controls SSC expenditures to meet budget.
• Reviews sales reports and margins to guide decisions.
• Ensures safe credit transactions and manages account collections.
• Plans accurate sales forecasts in coordination with the team.
• Ensures compliance with HR policies including hiring and performance management.
• Trains and develops SSC staff in customer service, order management, purchasing, warehouse duties, and operations.
• Cross-trains on all SSC operations and recruits/hires staff as needed.
• Maintains store KPIs and audit readiness.
• Performs other duties as required.
