Dal-Tile Corp., the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States and a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking a Sales Center Manager- Operations. Join a close-knit team to drive store performance and customer success.

You will lead store operations, develop strategic plans, manage staff, and partner with key customers to achieve revenue and budget objectives while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Formación

• HS diploma with 5+ years of sales experience, or a Bachelor's with 1+ year sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves revenue, budget and other business objectives for the fiscal year.
• Develops business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.
• Defines goals and objectives for SSC personnel and communicates them regularly.
• Provides leadership and direction to achieve store objectives.
• Communicates with customers to maximize market penetration and margin potential.
• Develops and implements strategic plans to meet corporate goals.
• Trains, leads and develops associates in customer service, order management, and operations.
