Job summary

Equativ is seeking a Sales Associate to provide operational support across the Demand Partnerships team. You will assist sales leadership and sellers when traveling, in meetings, or out of office, coordinating with Traffic, Ad Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and systems teams.

• 1 year of professional experience in sales support, operations, account coordination, or project management.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet familiarity.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, IO creation/submission, Salesforce requests, and campaign booking.
• Review pacing, KPIs, site lists, and flag delivery or performance concerns.
• Coordinate invoicing questions and billing-related follow-ups with Finance.
• Support events, travel, and client logistics for sales leadership.
