Job summary

Real Time Consulting (RTC) is seeking a Business Sales Development Manager for embedded engineering services. This working manager role leads from lead generation to close, while guiding the sales team.

The role collaborates with the CEO to shape marketing tools, expand the customer base in embedded systems, and drive consultative selling of RTC's engineering services to aerospace and related sectors. Candidates should have 5–10 years of sales and business development experience, a technical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical field.
MBA is a huge plus.
PMP certification preferred.
Established rolodex within Embedded industry a plus.
Aerospace Industry experience REQUIRED.
Sales & Business Development experience 5-10 years.
Proven Customer Relations experience in organic program growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a sales plan to expand the embedded engineering services market.
Lead a sales team, set expectations, mentor and evaluate performance.
Participate in pricing, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
Represent RTC to clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
