Job summary

Real Time Consulting (RTC), an RTCo Company, seeks an Engineering Program and Client Services Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee all phases of engineering program activity, lead the program/account team, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning RTC capabilities with client needs.

Responsibilities include staffing, planning, budgeting, and ensuring on-time delivery. A strong background in aerospace/defense industries and DO-178/ARP4754 knowledge is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or other technical area.
• PMP certification a plus.
• MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering program activities including planning, direction, reporting and customer satisfaction.
• Provide overall program leadership and growth for RTC clients.
• Manage staffing, budget, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
• Drive program execution with focus on reliability, cost, schedule and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction metrics.
