Northridge Toyota in Los Angeles is growing and hiring a dynamic BDC/appointment specialist. You’ll respond to internet leads, inbound calls, and online inquiries to schedule appointments for the sales team, while delivering timely, friendly service and maintaining a precise customer record.

• Previous experience in a BDC, call center or sales environment.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

• Bilingual skills (a plus but not required).

Responsibilities
