Job summary

Performance Toyota Bountiful in Bountiful, UT is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to provide exceptional service to customers shopping for new and used Toyotas, both online and in-store. You will follow up on leads, guide buyers through the ToyotaCare experience, and collaborate with teammates to hit store goals.

We offer commission-based pay with bonuses and benefits, training, and a supportive environment within one of Utah's largest Toyota facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Professional Car Sales experience.
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience (call center, customer support, etc.).
• Phone and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with positive energy.
• Teachable, adaptable, willing to learn.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with SMS/email campaigns helpful.
• Leadership potential is a plus—we love to promote from within.
