Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls per script and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls.
• Log customer comments and update records.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Notify departments when appointments are scheduled.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Follow up on internet customer inquiries.
