Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for Pottery Barn in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.

You will deliver world-class customer service, apply effective selling techniques, and share deep product knowledge to help customers find the right items for their homes. In this role, you will process sales on the POS system, assist with gifts and registry services, and contribute to maintaining visual displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service and retail sales experience.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs.
• Open availability including weekends and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service.
• Assist customers with gifts, registries, catalogs, special orders and deliveries.
• Operate POS system for sales, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting.
• Restock and organize stockroom and merchandise as needed.
• Meet daily sales goals and follow company policies.
