Responsibilities

• Assist customers with services like gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, and special orders.
• Build product knowledge to upsell and close sales.
• Operate POS system accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, lighting, and store cleanliness.
• Support stock duties, restocking and ticketing merchandise.
