Job summary

RRD is hiring an Associate - Sales in Houston, TX. This full-time entry-level role offers a four-month Associate Development Program designed to train you in prospecting, cold calling, and building a new accounts pipeline.

42 offers include shadowing, travel as needed, and promotion to a Sales Associate after completion. Bachelor’s degree preferred, CRM experience a plus, with compensation between $50k–$60k base plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Motivation to learn, explain ROI to customers, and succeed in sales.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Sales internship or experience selling is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients within territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Prospect and cold call to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales reps; some travel may be required.
• Assist senior reps in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings; maintain relationships with customers.
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment.
• Engage with marketing and sales publications for industry knowledge.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
