• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing and managing business
• Attend internal and external sales meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment
• Continue development through marketing and sales publications
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned
