Job summary

RRD is seeking an Associate for its Development Program in Chanhassen, MN. This full-time, entry-level role provides a comprehensive four-month training track to prepare you as a Sales Associate, with shadowing, prospecting, and account development opportunities across the territory.

You will learn sales steps, build a funnel, and participate in ongoing development through internal resources and external publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions for customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in the sales field.
• Prior experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
• Participate in development opportunities through marketing and sales publications.
