Job summary

RRD in Minnesota is seeking an Associate - Sales for a full-time, entry level role that includes a four-month Associate Development Program designed to train you in sales strategies, prospecting, and industry knowledge to build a career as a Sales Associate.

The program includes shadowing, some travel, and hands-on experience assisting senior reps in sourcing and managing business with new and existing accounts; you will attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn; make data-driven decisions and explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in the sales field.
• Prior experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) (Preferred).
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Require reliable transportation to/from clients within designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required).
• Assist senior sales representatives in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in marketing and sales publications for development.
