Job summary

RR Donnelley is recruiting for an entry-level Associate in the Sales path within the Associate Development Program in Parsippany, NJ. This full-time role includes a four-month training track designed to prepare you for a successful Sales Associate career.

The program operates on a cohort basis with February 2027 start dates; travel with shadowing is possible. Compensation ranges from USD 50,000 to 60,000 annually, with benefits following corporate policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn and explain ROI to customers.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment and participate in projects.
