Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is launching an Associate Development Program (ADP) for February 2027 in the United States. This full-time, entry-level role provides a four-month training plan to prepare you as a Sales Associate, covering sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge.

The role involves prospecting, cold calling, shadowing experienced reps, and supporting senior staff in sourcing and managing business across designated territories. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions for customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment and participate in special projects.
