RR Donnelley is seeking an Associate to join the four-month Associate Development Program in New York. This entry-level role trains you in sales strategies, prospecting, and account management, preparing you for a successful career as a Sales Associate within the company.

The program operates with cohort start dates, and February 2027 is a targeted enrollment period. Travel for shadowing is possible and ongoing development opportunities are built into the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in relevant fields with interest in sales.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• High motivation to learn and explain ROI to customers.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Prospect and cold call to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales reps and assist in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment.
• Participate in special projects and ongoing development materials.
