We are currently ready to hire a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction!

Pay Rate: $13.41

Schedule: Must have open availability to work any shift. Store hours are 5am-12am.

Age requirement: 21+

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store, provide fast and efficient service, and thank the customer.
2. Ring customer sales using an electronic cash register, receive money, give correct change, process refunds and exchanges.
3. Assist with shift change by counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of a shift.
4. Use special equipment to process specialty products such as money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales and redemptions.
5. Check identification for restricted sales.
6. Check and replenish stock of food service supplies like cups, lids, condiments, napkins, straws, and stirrers.
7. Clean and sanitize all equipment used for service or stocking food service products using the three sink method.
8. Clean all areas including countertops, microwaves, shelves, floors, windows, cooler doors, food service equipment, restrooms, and parking lots.
9. Empty trash containers.
10. Stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock, front face, and remove damaged or expired merchandise. Price merchandise according to the price book.
11. Check in vendor deliveries following company guidelines.
12. Complete bad merchandise forms.
13. Order merchandise as needed.
14. Use current training materials and complete all necessary training evaluations and documents.
15. Provide feedback on training programs and materials to management.
16. Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shifts to ensure compliance.
17. Review job assignments for completeness.
18. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
