The Customer Service Representative Lead is responsible for answering incoming calls regarding Optum Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, available services in Salt Lake County, and Medicaid benefit plans.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees must have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shifts, Sunday – Saturday, 8:00am - 11:00pm EST (October - March) and Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 11:00pm EST (April – September). Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

Note: This role is for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, with pay ranging from $19.47 to $38.08 per hour, based on various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
