Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The role includes maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards and assisting with sign waving, pricing, and POS operations.

The position requires a minimum age of 16, with physical duties including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
