Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Hanover is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown. You will also maintain Guest Services per company standards and help drive sales through sign waving, pricing, signing and POS activities.

The role involves assisting with housekeeping, loss prevention and ensuring appealing in-store presentation while meeting safety and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders and set up fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Assist in generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, signing, pricing and POS operations.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
