Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in Texas to assist in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. You will help maintain Guest Services per company standards and support the Store Management Team with sales, sign waving, housekeeping, pricing and POS operations.

The role requires assisting with loss prevention, meeting the minimum age of 16, and tolerating physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to merchandise and set up store fixtures.
• Willingness to assist with loss prevention and safe operations.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
