Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The role also involves maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Minimum age 16; physical tasks include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Assist with setup, merchandising, pack-up and store teardown.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
