Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The role focuses on driving guest satisfaction and sales in a fast-paced Halloween environment.

Hourly pay ranges from $11.80 to $12.00 per hour and benefits include premium pay programs; applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

• Support Store Management in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Assist in generating sales, sign waving, merchandising, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Job description

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
