Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The role involves maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards while actively generating sales and assisting with sign waving, merchandising and pricing.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and capable of climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, participate in sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing and POS operations.
• Assist with loss prevention and general store housekeeping.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
