Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Grove City is seeking a Sales Associate for a seasonal store. You will help with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown, and support the Store Management Team to drive store performance.

The role emphasizes maintaining Guest Services, generating sales, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Set up and tear down of seasonal store fixtures and merchandising.

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
