Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in Hobart, IN to support the Store Management Team with the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store. You will help maintain Guest Services and drive sales while performing signing, pricing and POS operations to support loss prevention.

The role requires standing for up to eight hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with the team to ensure a smooth seasonal operation. Previous retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move fixtures.

Responsibilities

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
