Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Heath, OH location. You will assist with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store while upholding Guest Services to company standards.

In addition, you will help drive sales, handle signing, pricing and POS operations, and contribute to loss prevention efforts. The role requires a minimum age of 16 and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and 8 hours of standing.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
