Job summary

Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an engaging customer experience and champion our in-store culture. You will help keep the store welcoming, organized, and stocked, while connecting customers with the right styles and brands.

You’ll collaborate with the store team to meet sales goals, share knowledge about trends, and provide support to training and development efforts. A flexible schedule is often required to cover holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store teammates and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for positive interactions.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in day-to-day store operations.
• Solid understanding of general retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities
