Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer service role, preferably automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct needs analysis to determine vehicle preferences and budget.
• Educate customers on vehicle features and benefits using product knowledge.
• Demonstrate vehicle functionality and assist with test drives.
• Follow-up with customers to answer questions and address concerns.
