Classic Nissan in Sanford, NC seeks a Sales Associate / Product Knowledge Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service and meet dealership sales goals. You will be the first contact for customers, guiding them from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery while applying in-depth product knowledge to explain options.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting needs analysis, demonstrating vehicles, and following up to close sales.

Qualifications

• 1 year in sales or customer service, preferably automotive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screening
• Flexibility to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Conduct needs analysis to determine customer vehicle preferences and budget
• Utilize product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
• Demonstrate vehicle functionality and assist with test drives
